All returns are subject restocking charges. Returns must be made within 30 days from receipt of product, shipping must be prepaid, no CODs will be received.
- Products manufactured by Avionics Hangar (Install kits, Manuals, DVD's)
- No charge for unopened product, otherwise non-returnable
- Tools
- 10% on all tools and toolkits
- Resale items (Avionics, switches, etc)
- Subject to manufacturers restocking charges.

Prior to returning any merchandise, please call Avionics Hangar at 703-669-2669 with the part number, order number and reason for returning the part. At that time you will be given an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Also include a copy of the packing slip with the RMA number and reason for the return written on it. The RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the package on the address label.

Damage and/or Shortages |
|
Inspect your order immediately for damages and/or shortages upon receipt. Confirm the contents match the packing slip. We try to fulfill orders in their entirety at the time of shipping. If an item was not available for shipping, it will be marked as "Back Ordered" and will ship as soon as the items become available. If there are any discrepancies, we should be notified immediately and no later than thirty (30) days from receipt or adjustments cannot be made. |

Warranty Statement |

Avionics Hangar will warrant it's products, for a period of thirty (30) days from date of original purchase, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Avionics Hangar will repair or replace any part or product which is returned within the above stated warranty period. Avionics Hangar also reserves the right to refund the amount of any returned item that proves to be defective or damaged.
Avionics Hangar will not be liable for loss, damage, cost of repair or consequential damages in any manner of any kind relating to the sale or use of any products purchased from Avionics Hangar.
Avionics Hangar, disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, regarding the merchantability of its products or their fitness for a particular purpose. The exclusion of implied warranties is not permitted by some states. The above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. There may be other rights that you may have which vary from state to state.
